The YD-150 is a simple, lightweight hand-pushed thermoplastic road marking machine — the classic, low-investment workhorse used together with a thermoplastic kneader for hot-melt line construction. Easy to move, operate, and maintain, it is the most flexible choice for parking lots, schools, factories, village / township roads, and small marking jobs.
Its build quality is what makes it durable: a double insulation tank that keeps paint molten during work, a plug-in manual mixer that is movable and easy to clean, a high-precision iron tank mechanism with a screed-type structure, and an alloy-steel grounded knife on an eccentric interlink and movable design that resists high temperature, corrosion, and deformation. A synchronized glass-bead dispenser spreads reflective beads evenly with walking speed for uniform night retroreflection.
For longer runs and less operator fatigue, the YDZ-2 variant adds a HONDA 5.5 HP gasoline engine with hydraulic, infinitely variable walking (0–10 km/h, 15° max climbing) and a larger 100 kg paint tank — same screed hopper quality, now self-propelled.
