The YDT-1 is a ride-on, self-propelled thermoplastic screed-type road marking machine designed for efficient flat-line (Type I) marking on urban roads, parking lots, and medium-scale construction sites. Compact and easy to operate, it lays consistently straight, even, and clean lines while the operator rides comfortably — ideal for longer runs where hand-pushing would be slow and tiring.
It is powered by a HONDA 5.5 HP gasoline engine and driven by a hydraulic infinitely variable transmission that propels the machine forward and backward automatically — no manual pushing required. With stepless speed control from 0–10 km/h and a 15° gradeability, the YDT-1 holds a stable speed on both flat and sloping sections and stays safe under emergency stops, delivering high efficiency with low operator fatigue.
The marking hopper features a special alloy-steel grounded knife on an eccentric-interlink movable design for sharp, even line edges, and spreads glass beads simultaneously with an adjustable quantity to save material. An automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, and automatic fire-protection system (with warning and cut-off devices) keeps heating safe, while a locking rear-wheel device ensures the machine walks straight. Safety warning lights and a night-working spotlight come standard.
