The YD-80Q is the essential auxiliary machine for thermoplastic road marking. Before re-applying fresh thermoplastic lines, the old, worn coating must be removed first to guarantee strong adhesion and a clean, even surface. It is widely used for renewing thermoplastic markings on highways and urban roads.

Built around ultra-wear-resistant alloy-steel grinding cutters and a double vertical-shaft rear wheel design, the YD-80Q features a solid, stable frame with rational structure that ensures dependable, long-term operation even under heavy grinding loads. A dedicated shock-absorbing cutter mechanism delivers excellent wear and impact resistance on rough pavement.

Operation is simple and adjustable: a handlebar throttle, a grinding-head lift/lower lever, and a grinding-force regulator let the operator set the head depth and intensity (strong / medium / weak) on the fly to match actual road and line conditions — delivering fast clearing speed with minimal maintenance.
